RETURN POLICIES
Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, only exchanges are available for products that are delivered damaged. For any product that was delivered damaged (at the fault of the shipping carrier) or if you received the wrong item, simply return it with all of its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it. Otherwise, all merchandise, content and services are final sale. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return or exchange: digital products that have been purchased (this is because once purchased, you can download the content), fulfilled services, undamaged products. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms which will then become binding.
Warranties and Responsibilities
There are no warranty plans or options offered on our physical merchandise (books, apparel, accessories). However, if an item is delivered damaged at the fault of the shipping carrier, we will be happy to exchange the product at no additional cost.
